Antique Large Victorian Lovers Knot Faux Amethyst Set Statement Brooch

Antique large Victorian lovers knot and faux amethyst stone brooch. The brooch is formed from gold tone metal in a twisted lovers knot design. To the center are sett three large faux amethyst purple coloured paste stones.  Circa 1880's.

• Brooch Size is approx 4.7cm by 6.2cm, measured at widest points.
• Older C clasp fastening to brooch.
• Unsigned.
• Good antique condition, some light patina to the metal.
• Circa 1880's. ( Late Victorian era )
