A vintage Alpaca silver and abalone shell figural design panel bracelet. The bracelet is formed from Alpaca silver, set with eight panels in an alternating abalone rectangle and carved God/Chieftain design. Push box clasp fastening. Circa 1970's - early 80's.
Alpaca Silver, is not ' REAL ' Silver, that' s how its commonly referred to and known. It is made from alloy of Zinc, Iron, Copper and Nickel. It has properties like stainless steel and will not tarnish or rust, plus its hypoallergenic.
- Bracelet is approx 18cm in length, height at widest point is approx 2.4cm.
- Push box clasp.
- Stamped for Alpaca Mexico to the back of one panel.
- Good vintage condition.
