A vintage carved conch shell lady design cameo brooch with marcasite detailing by Hollywood. Formed from silver tone metal with marcasite detailing in an oval shape set with a hand carved shell cameo of a left facing lady to its center. Secure roll over safety clasp, with additional bale so can also be worn as a pendant. Circa 1950's - 60's.
