Large Celtic ST Cuthberts pectoral cross style pendant on original chain, manufactured under the trade name Miracle by A Hill and company Ltd. The cross pendant is inlaid with faux turquoise glass stones, mimicking the original St Cuthberts cross design. The glass stones are set in silver tone metal. The chain is long measuring approx 69cms in length. Circa 1970's - 80's. Signed Miracle to the back of the pendant.
St Cuthbert was one of the most important saints of medieval Northern England.
- Pendant Size is approx 5cm ( from the top of the bale ) by 4.3cm at its widest points.
- Faux turquoise glass and mosaic style inlaid glass tesserae .
- Necklace fastens with a spring ring clasp
- Signed Miracle to the back of the pendant.
