Vintage small blue cloisonne enamel floral brooch by Fine enamels, Fish and Crown. The brooch is designed in an abstract oval shape and is with a blue flower design and leaf detailing. Cloisonne enamel with 22ct gold plating. Marked Fish, within a crown and a copyright symbol to the back. Circa 1980's - 90's
