Vintage Small Rare Hand Painted Lucite Jap Chin Club Dog Design Dress Clip

This rare dress clip is formed from hand painted lucite, the hand painted design appears to be part of a dog breed club.
Designed as a dress clip, but would also work as a scarf clip, would also look great pinned over a pocket or a bag.
