A vintage sterling silver Niello ware Scales design brooch, Formed from sterling silver Niello Ware in an oval shape with a scales ( Libra Zodiac design ). Circa 1960's - 70's. Signed Lings Sterling Thailand to the back of the brooch, Secure roll over safety clasp fastening with additional bale so can also be worn as a pendant.
